This commit removes the non-working and outdated link to Antoine Poinsot's GPG key personal website from the TRY.md documentation. Now, only the Twitter profile is referenced as a cross-checking source for the GPG key. This change helps prevent user confusion and ensures the documentation only contains up-to-date and accessible resources.

Thanks for this PR.

One of the changes can be reverted as it relates to a different GPG key.

`5B63F3B97699C7EEF3B040B19B7F629A53E77B83`. This key is available elsewhere for cross-checking, such
as on his [personal website](https://edouard.paris/keys/5B63F3B97699C7EEF3B040B19B7F629A53E77B83.asc).
It is recommended you verify your download against this key.

This doesn't need to be changed as it relates to Edouard Paris's key and the link is still working.
