An extensive document, thank you for putting this together.
The next step (to move this on the board to "done") would be to create a meeting with the team for discussing the findings and learnings and making a placeholder ticket to implement them.

I like this "anchor highlighting feature" that brings you directly to the relevant section and degrades grafeully if the text was edited and is no longer there.
