Erlang/OTP + Elixir + IEx + Mix in a single executable for Linux/macOS/Windows. Just run Elixir!
This is very experimental. :)
$ elixir-run iex

$ elixir-run mix hex.info decimal
Arbitrary precision decimal arithmetic.
