In this PR the following tutorial for docs has been added,

• define package, action, folder, option, etc
• how to create a new package
• Updating package details in webpack-config
• Adding a new action
• Specifying action details such as name, description
• Adding a new folder
• Updating folder details such as description & icon
• Providing dynamic children/options for a folder
• Defining actions for a dynamic option + global Options object

In the last few commits, these are the following changes

• add 3 How to pages (Get Started, Build Package, Run Package)
• Added new property showSorted: boolean [to have a flexibility not to sort all the collections]
• updated next.js version to 10
