v1.1 updated version of the analysis toolkit released!

Previously some of the features described in our documentation site were incomplete, or buggy. In the last month I have taken the time to fix all of such issues, as well as improve the readability, and refactor-ability of the codebase.

That said, this software was my first large Python project, and looking back now much of it is a "tour-de-force" of rookie mistakes. Yet despite the mediocre quality from a software development standpoint, the code works as intended and enables truly powerful and interesting river analyses.
