After svcf2vcf step , the merge vcf file has error info

Hi,
when I merged vcf files from differnet caller, after svcf2vcf step, the merged vcf file has error info,
the FILTER is 'incomplete_inversion'.

And can OctopuSV customise sample name in merge vcf from octopusv merge step ?

and how about depth and QUAL.
