Rework the Configuring Squash Merging section to better describe the steps to enable Squash merging and commit message description.

Hi @ytanikin ! While setting GHA with your action I noticed a hiccup on the Readme. The settings is under the General section, not the Options section (which doesn't exist). I took the opportunity to give it a better presentation with a numbered list. I also added a link to the official Github docs about Squash Merging which basically is the same guide, thought you may want to not to include it. I hope it would help, and feel free to (ask for) change anything to your need. Have a good day. |
