Another pass for the same stuff as #320, except this one is mostly data-driven.
All the models built were in https://github.com/nicidob/bbgm/blob/master/real-progs.ipynb
linear models for progs as a function of age. There's also linear models for standard deviation. Rookie generation is done by generating some PCA embeddings as a function of height and then adding noise.
I don't love it. but it's simple and behaves okay. Figured I'd leave it here for reference.
