Missing language

• Create a PR here with the new Strings file
  • Make sure to use the correct language name for the the Strings.{lang}.resx file. See National Language Support (NLS) API Reference .
• Create a PR on the HDT repo with the required changes (see here for reference) or ask in your PR for someone to make these changes for you. For the latter please include the native language name.
