Rather than working to the point of exhaustion, I take an ownership-driven approach to engineering, focusing on what truly matters for the product. I value balancing technical design and approaches with product goals and constraints in real business contexts. And particularly interested in bridging the gap between user needs and the ways engineers approach problem-solving.
I enjoy identifying recurring problems and challenges, and find great engagement in discussing what problems we are solving with my colleagues. Collaborating to create better code together is something I deeply value!
