feat: zniffer setting to filter capture

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
When troubleshooting an intermittent issue, zniffer may need to run for a long time, and this could lead to a lot of irrelevant data to sift through.

Describe the solution you'd like
I would like to see a default capture filter in the zniffer settings. This would be applied during capture (before storing on disk or in memory).

Describe alternatives you've considered
My original thought was that the capture to file feature requested in #3973 could simply use the default log filter settings as well, but during discussion, it became apparent that it would be better to have more granular filtering for the capture than for the log.
