Hi! I already had the student package, but it required me to renew it through the university. I can't renew it through GitHub; I get this message:

This GitHub account has already been used in another request. Look in your inbox for an invitation email with instructions to continue.

But I haven't received any email. I also can't access it through GitHub because I get the same error.
