Hello! This is the Dragon program, it is made to be a program builder (a kind of CMake/Make), it comes with its own interpreter and is easy/comfortable to use. Here is the download link, there is a Dockerfile file that can also be run to open it and use it on a different OS, if you have any questions you can make an ISSUE giving the question/suggestion, etc...
