Proposed Changes

• Jinja api client generator under api folder under separate dependency group
• Poe tasks for invoking generator
• Indexer Kmd and Algod clients generated under src folder
• Integration tests for algod

Out of PR Scope

• algokit-oas-specs integration to auto fetch the specs - can be handled along with polytest integration once latest polytest version and configs are ready for consumption
