Changes look good. There's just a TODO that should be solvable and a missing test for onchain validation of these logicsigs :)

This PR brings support for logicsig args.
The relevant PR enabling it in the backend and Puyapy is this one.
WIP: tests should be a direct translation of the puyapy tests.
