This PR fixes the CI.

There was a problem with the CI for the split kernels:
Before, the export of the first option was overwritten by the first, such that the split kernels would be compiled without the async mode, which would already fail at CMake configuration, leading the full CI to fail.

Furthermore, there seems to be a reproducibility issue with async AdePT if there are no GPU regions, to be investigated
