I have modified the PKGBUILD and .SRCINFO files for the systemd package source in this repository so that they can build the latest version - 257.6 - with SELinux support.

Let me know if you would like a prebuilt package.

Thanks for your Pull Request. The changes look good 👍

Regarding the commit messages, I usually create a single commit with description systemd-selinux $VERSION update (cf. git log on the AUR), using ./commit_update.sh to avoid forgetting to run makepkg --printsrcinfo > .SRCINFO.
Could you please squash you commits? Once you do, I will directly upload it to the AUR and merge back the change in this repository.
