Improves the experience of creating or editing hackathons:
Section navigation: A tab bar at the top lets you jump to any part of the form (Basic Info, Images & Branding, Participants & Prizes, etc.) without long scrolling.
Tabs inside Content: The "Content" step (tracks, schedule, resources, speakers, etc.) is split into inner tabs so you can go straight to the section you want to edit.
Action bar always visible: Cancel, Update, and Activate/Hide stay fixed at the top next to the step tabs, so you can save or cancel from anywhere in the form without scrolling back up.
Added the option to select the hackathon language as English or Spanish, and the corresponding translations.
Added client side check for image file size.
Removed Icon option from the Hackathon admin panel.
