I would still suggest to try to upstream this. It's still better if we persuade them to skip this test on riscv64, because fewer downstream distributors will need to ignore the entire test suite and overlook possible problems. |

The source code has hundreds of thousands of function calls and some division operations that are not optimized. The riscv64 is significantly slower than the x86_64, resulting in a timeout error.
