V1.2.1 Java wrapper

Hello world!
This is the first release of the java wrapper for the MCSS API.

This version is compatible with MCSS API version 1.2.1 (We'll try to keep the naming simple) ONLY.

Documentation is coming soon-ish, but should be in the wiki tab of the project
