Fixes mthom#3161 HeadTailSeparator tokens were incorrectly accepted at term positions. Added explicit check to reject them.

{!*[|]*}was incorrectly evaluating to{*}instead of syntax error.Fixed in
compute_arity_in_list()by rejecting HeadTailSeparator at term positions.Tests added.
