When server is unavailable and local cache exists for service info: - subscribe() returns cached data immediately without blocking - The actual server request is spawned in background - Redo task handles automatic retry on reconnection When no cache exists: - Falls back to blocking behavior to ensure data availability This improves startup resilience when load_cache_at_start=true and server is temporarily unavailable.
