Adds a new field to
ExtensionVersioncalledtagwhich stores the GitHub tag. The migration will store the current value ofversionin the newtagfield and then semver normalize theversionfield.The resource id for
ExtensionsControllerand related API controllers is now semver normalized which enables users to visit URLs with or without a prefixedvon version ids.
