…latest Update protoc-gen-ng to support google-protobuf 4.0 API changes. Replace readPackedEnum(), readPacked*() methods with readPackableEnumInto(), readPackable*Into(). Upgrade all major dependencies: - Angular 13 → 20 - TypeScript 4.5 → 5.9 - RxJS 6.6 → 7.8 - ESLint 8 → 9 - Jest 27 → 30 Fix Jest configuration for Jest 30 compatibility and migrate from deprecated globals to transform API. BREAKING CHANGE: Requires Angular 20+, TypeScript 5.x, and RxJS 7+. All major dependencies updated to latest versions which may introduce breaking changes in consuming applications.
