Motivation:

Webpage https://www.swift.org/documentation/server/guides/deployment.html contains outdated information about backtracing support.

See: https://github.com/swift-server/swift-backtrace

Modifications:

Added small swift-backtrace integration note to reflect that Swift 5.9+ has built-in backtracing support.

Result:

Up-to-date information about backtracing support to users.

Added note about Swift 5.9+ built-in backtracing support.

thanks @andrehora - like #1326 I'll be updating and migrating some version of this into GitHub.com/swiftlang/docs in the server guides section. So I'm hoping to make this change a no-op here in relatively short order. I still need to wrangle reviewers for the swift server content though, so it might be a bit before that's all moved.
