Initial proxy prototype for capturing TalkBack on Android utterances.

This allows a user to run a local proxy, bundled with node and adb. ARIA-AT App will search for the proxy connection so it can capture utterances from a connected device which has TalkBack on Android enabled and running the ARIA-AT App Tests. This will allow those utterances to be displayed in the application.
