This PR adds telnetd from busybox. And uses shipped one in case there is no telnetd in system PATH. Solves #210.

Are there any other Telnet daemons that might be better than the one from BusyBox? Although I guess we're generally not using most of the features anyway, so it probably doesn't matter.

@throwaway96 I think the busybox one is the best (small, has the same arguments and comes with frequent security patches although telnetd doesn't seem to need one)
