Description of the Change

This PR primarily:

  1. Adds the build job that creates the release ZIP
  2. Makes the Cypress job depend on the build job
  3. Downloads and using the ZIP file for testing
  4. Improves the test setup and reporting

(thanks Cursor! ;)
