The command we use, adapted for our package, is:

generate_prerelease_script.py https://raw.githubusercontent.com/ros-infrastructure/ros_buildfarm_config/production/index.yaml kinetic default ubuntu xenial amd64 --custom-repo watson_ins:git:https://github.com/AutonomousVehicleLaboratory/watson_ins.git:master --output-dir /tmp/prerelease_job
