Summary

Balance "Pants stats audit"

Purpose of change

Describe the solution

Ripped jeans
warmth 10->8
Should be less warm then regular jeans

Vintage jeans
back pockets 4->5kg
thicker denim, matches front pockets

Striped pants
increased encumbrance
These should maybe be removed in place of variants, but as of right now they are just better pants, which doesnt make sense mirrord encumbrance from pants

work pants
added two new small pockets, see the image below
stats based on xacto knife volume / length
I always thought it was a bit strange these just had the standard 4 pockets

increased front pockets from 1250->1500ml and weight from 4kg->5kg
tougher canvas pants and with slightly better pockets
Added double layered knee
This is common in many work pants, and a neat use of our armor system

Hiking pants
slightly increased spawn rate
I added these way back in #61945 and was a little overly conservative in the spawn rate
values based on tactical pants

light survivor cargo pants
slightly increased pocket max weight
These were low considering they are reinforced cargo pants

survivor cargo pants
slightly increased pocket max weight
Again, being that these are reinforced cargo pants, I think they should not have less weight capacity then cargo pants

Mercenary pants
Increased pocket max weight
Again, reinforced pants

Tactical pants
added to survivorzed_bottoms spawn pool
These are a perfect survivorzed bottom

hardened armored jeans
knee cover 5mm->2.5mm
_this is what non hardened armor jeans and the component knee pads have, no magic +2.5mm plastic protection _

Describe alternatives you've considered

I think the striped pants should be removed but didnt want to tackle this in this pr

considered adding a hammer loop to the work pants as well
also thought about adding in those insertable knee pads

none of these changes are critical so not doing this?
