A starting attempt to allow tile swaps in larnd-sim.
This modification requires an entry in tile_map for each module, so larndsim/detector_properties/ndlar-module.yaml would need to be updated.
I modified examples/MapPixelIDToUniqueID_2x2.ipynb and examples/create_pedestals_file.ipynb to use the real pixel layouts. The generated pedestal files (pedestals_module{i}.npz) came out identical to the existing ones, which is the expected.
I didn't have the info to do the same with the threshold files (thresholds_module0.npz), but ideally they shouldn't change.
A quick look at the larndsim output files look good, but I need to run through flow to verify.
