A starting attempt to allow tile swaps in larnd-sim.
This modification requires an entry in
tile_mapfor each module, solarndsim/detector_properties/ndlar-module.yamlwould need to be updated.I modified
examples/MapPixelIDToUniqueID_2x2.ipynbandexamples/create_pedestals_file.ipynbto use the real pixel layouts. The generated pedestal files (pedestals_module{i}.npz) came out identical to the existing ones, which is the expected.I didn't have the info to do the same with the threshold files (
thresholds_module0.npz), but ideally they shouldn't change.A quick look at the larndsim output files look good, but I need to run through flow to verify.
