Welcome to the metaboprep wiki!

This is a GitHub repository and R package to aid in the data preparation of metabolomics data sets. A focus has been placed on reading in commercially supplied excel data sets. However, the QC steps can be applied to any metabolomics or proteomics data set and we have provided support to reading in flat text files (metabolite abundances, sample meta data and feature meta data).
