Illusion_SkinEffects v3.0

This version comes with some studio improvements - effects that affect body and face now have separate controls for each part; and Timeline is now supported.

Main game has some minor fixes and improvements. Effect persistence should work better in KKS now.

Warning: This version uses a new save format version. This will only affect Studio scenes - scenes saved with this version will lose SkinEffects data if loaded in an older version of SkinEffects. There is no effect on main game.
