Users can now add a ros node parameterization of "-p timeout:= 2" in order to determine how much time is allowed for outstanding GPT requests before timeout.
Users can now specify which objects label detections to ignore by providing a comma-delimited list of object labels, e.g. `-p object_det_ignored_objects:="hand (left),hand (right),background"`
