P-Slice 3.1.1

Introducing some minor bug fixes and tweaks:

• Added "setFilters" to the cameras for parity with older flixel versions
• Moved the "Play from current position" to a key combo
• Reverted lime version to 8.1.2 (may fix some issues too!)
• Fixed some crashes
• Added toggle to enable/disable multi threaded loading
• Added low quality mode and optimizations for freeplay
