Comparison between NLTK and spaCy libraries for basic NLP tasks on Legal datasets.

Objective - Compare the libraries NLTK and spaCy for performing basic NLP tasks in addition to that text summarization and Tf-idf vectorization has been implemented.

Dataset: Three legal datasets were used whose description is detailed in the task 1 file.
