feat(next-gen): first screen of onboarding

Changes

• Updates @avalabs/k2-alpine to v1.195.0
• Implements the initial screen of the onboarding (buttons that do nothing, language selector, screenshot carousel)

Testing

The language dropdown may look different than on the video below.

• Make a copy of your .env and name it .env.dev
• Run yarn followed by yarn dev:next
• Load the new package (from dist-next folder) into Chrome
• Compare with designs
