First release of cancerit/CRISPresso2 - a fork of CRISPResso2 which removes the dependency on Anaconda.

Changes compared to upstream

• Replaced micromamba with miniforge
• Removed the Anaconda defaults channel
• Added Seaborn installation to the Dockerfile
• Changed source for Microsoft fonts installation in the Dockerfile (Debian Buster is EOL and the Buster repositories have been moved to the Debian archive)
