First release of cancerit/CRISPresso2 - a fork of CRISPResso2 which removes the dependency on Anaconda.
Changes compared to upstream
- Replaced micromamba with miniforge
- Removed the Anaconda defaults channel
- Added Seaborn installation to the Dockerfile
- Changed source for Microsoft fonts installation in the Dockerfile (Debian Buster is EOL and the Buster repositories have been moved to the Debian archive)
