RCLL Aachen:

• current state of the RCLL (as we know)
  • exec meeting on 27th of june
  • active teams (probably same as 2019)
• event at Mid/End October, Beginning of November
  • event before October is not realistic
  • Uncertain when we can move to the FH, it makes no sense to plan ahead before moving in
  • Try to move to November (then Till can join)
  • Bar Code Tracking (we talked about it already, but it never amounted to anything due to 3rd parties)
    • Tracking devices should be in the hand of Solidus -> get them to Aachen
    • If we do an RCLL, then the scanners should be tested
    • System may work, scanning quality seems to be the problem (validate this, try to tweak sensors)
  • Webshop
• pre RCLL warm up hackathon for Caros only (fine tune new gripper, test out workpiece detection, test new agent features, get over initial frustration of using Robotino 4)
  • if we are allowed
  • test all new stuff
  • one setup hackathon as soon as possible, one pre-event hackathon
• Workpiece detection with YOLO
  • first results were good

2021 Season:

• Summer/Spring School to benefit founding of new teams
  • No point discussing it yet
  • Fall would make more sense in terms of timeframe relative to RoboCup/German Open
• update on storage station
  • Festo implemented most of the robot arm stuff
  • Main issue: How get the two SPS communucating
    • New Codesys update supports OPC-UA client stuffs
• update on Robotino 4 setup
  • Done
  • Troubles in connecting the Robotinos to the RefBox
  • apply the other hardware
