- Moves Setup instructions to be higher in the README to make it easier to find and follow. - Move Beta Plugin installation closer to the bottom, as it's more relevant to developer-adjacent usage, rather than day-to-day user - Fix my own typo

This PR proposes:
I'm proposing this change as someone who tried using just my iCal format from "Sharing URL" on the Google Calendar Settings page instead of the Integrate Calendar option. From what I see today, the option is totally separate from the Sharing settings, so easily missed and confused.
This clarifies how to add a calendar properly and gives some more of a clear breakdown of the general setup steps.
I didn't want to bump the version for such a tiny docs change or anything and figure this could be bundled with whatever "real" PR comes out next?
