Description

This PR adds TokenMesa to the x402 ecosystem partners directory.

TokenMesa is an infrastructure and tooling platform that helps businesses launch service-backed tokens based on x402. The platform enables users to pay through x402 with any token, automatically converting payments to service tokens to reinforce token value.

Changes:

• Added TokenMesa metadata to ecosystem partners
• Added TokenMesa logo asset

Tests

• Verified metadata.json format is correct and follows existing partner structure
