This PR adds automatic session save/restore to Cabana.
When the cabana exits, it saves the current DBC, open message tabs, and charts to settings.
On startup or after a DBC reload, Cabana restores the previous session, reopening the last used tabs, and charts.
This improves usability and removes the need to manually re-set the workspace after each restart.
