This commit re-enables automated simulation testing using MetaDrive in the CI pipeline. Key improvements: - Re-enabled the 'simulator_driving' job in GitHub Actions with a 5-minute timeout. - Configured log recording (qlog, rlog) and camera file capture during CI. - Added automated upload of simulation artifacts for debugging. - Refined process blocking in launch_openpilot.sh to allow CI selective unblocking. - Synchronized simulation duration with CI requirements for reliability.
