Générer une release

Etapes

1. aller sur https://github.com/elefan-grenoble/gestion-compte/releases
2. cliquer sur "Draft a new release"
3. créer un nouveau tag : "Choose a tag" + créer un nouveau tag
4. créer la release (5. modifier la release pour la rendre plus explicite : titre & description)

Futur : automatiser avec release-please
