Description: This PR updates all relevant class names and file names to use the new platform name WEDGE800CACT. Changes include: Platform enums: WEDGE800C_ACT to WEDGE800CACT Class names and file names: Updated from Wedge800ca... to Wedge800CACT... CSV files: Renamed from wedge800ca to wedge800cact (Note: the CSV file update will be included in a separate PR.)
