  1. Consolidate SphericalHarmonics implementations 

    - Delete ComplexSphericalHarmonics
- Replace the old RealSphericalHarmonics with RealSphericalHarmonicsWithZeroImag, which is what we actually use in practice (it's faster and supports parallelism)
