Perlbrew Release 0.61

perlbrew 0.61 is released on 2013-03-19T19:55:47+0100

This is a major fix for the errornous 0.60 release.

Fix bashrc on various OS/shell. See GH #302

Changes in 0.60:

Exit status handling in bash function. See ed29288ab50a15d7df86d69cfcbddf108674eb07 for more details.
Fix compatibility with recent local::lib version.
Delay the loading of server modules.
Fix warnings when runing perlbrew off
