TODO:

  • use DataFrameV2 in HighTable, with sorting disabled
  • define the required list of events, and listen and react to them - should we have one listener per cell (with arg 'once') to change from pending to showing the resolved value?
  • recompute column widths when a data resolved for the first time in a column?
  • enable sorting
