add camera node for esp32s3

• rosserial camera node for https://www.seeedstudio.com/XIAO-ESP32S3-Sense-p-5639.html
• this pr depends on add ArduinoBluetoothBLEHardware.h sktometometo/rosserial#1
• to connect serial port, use ble-serial -d <mac address> , on 18.04, it needs to install from source code https://github.com/Jakeler/ble-serial
• to find mac address, use ble-scan
• rosrun rosserial_arduino serial_node.py /dev/pts/35, port number can be obtained from ble-serial

Troubleshooting:

• T450's bluetooth adapter does not work, it works with Bluetooth 5.0 dongle (rtl8761bu, 00:E0:4C:81:5E:03), in this case you need to run ble-serial -i hci1 -d <mac address>
• use hciconfig to check adaptors, if it is DOWN, run sudo hciconfig hci1 up
